Damn, I've been betting on matches nightly for the past 4 days... what to do with all the expert opinions of suckspagers flying around... got Yahoo Conference Chat some more... all like real expert football pundits... even Sandy Woo can give tips based from a Woman's perspective... killer.

So, what's the call for tonight's game between England v Switzerland and France v Croatia? Tough call... there are 2 major camps.. take England and Croatia, the other, Switzerland and France... I also dunno... but based on statistics... most of the night matches will produce 1 winner from EAT ball and 1 winner from GIVE ball. Also, statistically, first match always EAT wins, second match GIVE wins. So, that points to taking Switzerland and France. But is there a bookies' trap waiting? Hmmm....

Then let's ponder the consequences of the results. England needs to win to ensure they have a chance to qualify for QF. If lose, can go home and cry and SGE will be sacked. If draw, still has chance, but would have to perform better against a technically better Croatian team (compared to the Swiss team). If win, then a draw against Croatia would likely to ensure their progress to next round. So, what would England do? I think even if bookies fixed these matches, England will still progress to next round, as England is their cash cow... so, that points to England getting a win tonight. But how many goals?

Argh... I never knew betting football is so complicated. Actually, it's a good thing. It lets you do analytical and logical thinking. Hehehe... so, I agree with calls for Government to legalised football bettings!
